Biography:

Celina Raffl is research fellow and PhD student. She graduated in 2006 from the Department of Communication Studies, University of Salzburg, with a major in Information and Communication Technologies and Society [ICT&S]. Celina supports the scientific activities of the eTheory-Unit since 2004. Since October 2006 she coordinates the ICT&S Doctoral Program. Her research interest is free, libre and open source software (FLOSS) from a technology assessment (TA) perspective. In summer 2009 Celina was visiting scholar at the Information School at the University of Washington, Seattle.
